Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase, and the purchase date must be within 15 days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@zoniy.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items damaged by the customer unless there is evidence that the product arrived damaged. Additionally, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items, including but not limited to seasonal sales (Summer/Winter/Autumn, Eid), stock clearance sales, discounted articles, or orders placed using discount codes.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product. A 35% charge of the previous invoice/parcel value will be applied for exchanges.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, 30% of the original amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded via your preferred payment method. Please note that it may take 3-12 days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
